What would a battery have saved you?

No battery yet? Suntide reads your last twelve months from your smart meter, half hour by half hour, and plays them through its battery brain on every tariff it holds prices for, with batteries you do not yet own. A grid of what each year would have cost, the best fit named, month by month, on your own numbers. Modelled, and labelled as such in every cell.

  1. Create a Suntide account. Free; the sizing is part of the trial.
  2. Link your smart meter. Through a free Bright account (Hildebrand Glow) with your meter verified on it, which takes a day or two the first time. You sign in to Bright once, in your browser; Suntide never sees the password.
  3. Read the grid. Your year lands over the following nights; the sizing runs when you ask and a few minutes later it is there. When an inverter arrives, enrol it and everything carries over.

A projection on your own year, not a promise: the consumption is your meter's, the prices are the suppliers' published ones for those very days, the battery is the assumption. Suntide's terms apply.
