Sigenergy, checked against your meter
Suntide reads your SigenStor through Sigenergy's own platform. You give Suntide your system ID, and Sigenergy shares your system's readings with Suntide from then on. It prices what your set-up is costing you, checks your bills and sends a monthly statement. It reads only: you keep control of your operating mode in the mySigen app, with Suntide's fix steps beside it. Sigenergy support is in beta.

Connecting your Sigenergy system
About two minutes. No developer account, no keys.
- Open the mySigen app and go to Settings.
- Tap System Settings in the My Home section, then About under General. Your system ID is under Basic Info. The app will not let you copy it, so write it down. On the Sigen Cloud website it is under Settings, then About.
- Type it into Suntide on the connect screen and press Connect.
- That is it. Your readings appear in Suntide within ten minutes.
Sigenergy allows one reading per system every five minutes, which is exactly how often Suntide asks. You can withdraw at any time from Settings, and deleting your account releases your system from Suntide the same day.
